Volunteering at RCS is an awesome opportunity to help make this year’s Rose City Swing a smoothly-run success, have fun with great people, and get rewarded with a full or partial event pass — all at the same time! We call it the Volunteer Pass Exchange.

Do you like dancing?
Do you like giving premium customer service to event attendees?
Do you like saving money?
Do you like Trudy and John?

If you answered yes, yes, yes, and YES, then boy, do we have a deal for you!

Volunteer Pass Exchange opportunities include (but are not limited to):
– Floor set up and tear down

– Ballroom set up
– Registration desk
– Door monitors
– Transportation
– Hospitality suite
– And a few others!

For 2025, we  will have two Volunteer Pass Exchange options available:

Full Pass Option: For a minimum of 10 completed volunteer exchange hours, you earn a full weekend pass to Rose City Swing 2025.

Half Pass Option: For a minimum of 5 completed volunteer exchange hours, you earn ½ of a full weekend pass to Rose City Swing 2025. You are required to pay 50% of the early bird price for your weekend pass when you sign in at the event.

These Volunteer Exchange opportunites fill up quickly! We cannot guarantee that these opportunities will still be available as we get closer to the event weekend, so sign up early!

PLEASE NOTE: Filling out the form does NOT automatically mean you will be accepted into the Volunteer Pass Exchange Program. We reserve the right to decline any volunteer for any reason. We will reach out to all attendees when we are ready to assign positions.
