HERE ARE SOME OPTIONS TO GET TO THE HOTEL
With our hotel move, we are farther away from the airport, but there are some options to get you to the hotel!

RIDE SHARING
Uber or Lyft with friends. It’s about a $30-$40 a ride (so splitting that between a few people will make it cheap!) and takes about 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic).

PUBLIC TRANSIT
If you’re staying at the hotel, you can take the red line max train from the PDX station to the Beaverton Transit Center (the very last stop).  Then take an Uber or Lyft Ride from the Beaverton Transit Center to the hotel. If you aren’t staying at the hotel, you can take a combination of max train and bus to get you right next to the hotel, also for only $2.50!

  • The best time to buy your flight is generally seven weeks prior to the event
  • Booking on Tuesday at 3PM EST /12:00PM PST is usually the best time to buy a flight
  • Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the cheapest days to fly
  • Buying more than five months in advance or within 14 days can cost more
  • Early morning flights are usually cheaper, followed by lunchtime or dinner time flights
